I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the wonderful Parkour community that I have the privilege of being part of; I am grateful beyond measure for everything you have done for me. Parkour has affected me in profound ways that I would have never thought possible. Just a few years back I was sitting around watching my life pass me by, but now I am on the fast track to success. For these reasons I have compiled a list of the most notable things Parkour has done for me as a person.
Confidence
My self confidence has risen to a healthy level since starting this wonderful discipline Virtue
Parkour has given me an elevated level of consciousness which I use to philosophize about many topics.
Strength
I was very weak before starting Parkour; But now I am capable of feats such as the elusive one handed handstand. Safety

Parkour has given me the opportunity to step into the shoes of a teacher, this special perspective is enough to keep me coming back for more.
Community
The Parkour Community is my second family, I love it with all my heart!
Health
I became a vegan as a direct result of starting Parkour, It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Lessons
Every bail provides a lesson to memorize and live by.
Fear
Thanks to Parkour I have a healthy respect for fear, but I am not bound by it.
Idols
Heroes like Tim Shieff never fail to inspire me.
Hope
Parkour can never be taken from me, It will always be there waiting to lift my spirits.
Humility
Because of Parkour I know to respect others the same way I respect the environment: Overconfidence will get you harmed, therefore humility is the way to go.
