The Parkour method can be applied to all aspects of your life. The method goes as follows: If you fail at something train hard and try again later when you a stronger and more prepared.
How to use it Take this scenario for example: I attempt a terrifying 10 foot precision and end up coming up short and falling on my face, I am disappointed but I learned a lesson. I then proceed to do an 8 foot precision 100 times. Once I have that mastered that I amp it up to a 9 foot precision 100 times. I then feel confident enough to confront the beast that took me down before: the 10 foot Precision. I get in position with the focus and determination of a true warrior emanating from my body, I take the leap and time seems to freeze as I am flying towards the wall waiting to see if all my hard work will pay off. I end up sticking the landing and feeling like I am on top of the world.
