Parkour is a physically demanding discipline, there is no doubt about that. Sometimes these demands can have a detrimental effect on your body , when these detriments pile up a chronic injury can form. Chronic injuries are injuries that never really go away, we as Traceurs must strive to avoid these if we plan on continuing training strong in our discipline.
